Purpose Statement

a.  To ensure that quality service and true hospitality are extended to all guests and visitors to the greater Charleston area.

 

b.  To promote and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics, and integrity among members of the Association.

 

c.  To develop friendship and esprit de corps among

concierges of the greater Charleston area through

professional and social interaction.

 

d.  To promote increased competence and

professionalism among members of the Association

by holding regularly scheduled meetings and

seminars, and circulating information and providing

materials and activities of educational value.

 

e.  To encourage qualifying non-members to join,

and to encourage the participation of members in

all activities of the Association.

 

f.  To encourage greater cooperation from Charleston area businesses and cultural organizations in providing quality service to guests.

 

g.  To strive for the development of trade and tourism in the Charleston area, and to promote the positive image of Charleston as a world-class visitor destination.  To serve as goodwill ambassadors for our properties and the community at large.

 

h.  To work for recognition and understanding of the concierge profession in the greater Charleston area.
